### What this is

WatMed Media was never one format. The same channel carried social media broadcasting,
short-form video, comedy, campaign trailers and, with #QuestToSaveNHS, a documentary,
alongside the broadcast interviews its archive preserves. Each form was a way of meeting
people with the media they already recognised, and each taught me something different
about how a complex NHS story travels.

That range is what made WatMed Media such a fertile training ground, and the thinking it
trained went on to inform [D:CAM](/work/life-sciences/), the Digital Content Acceleration
Methodology I later created at Bayer. The documentary sits in that story as the fuller
film the 2016 teaser trailed; its opening ten minutes are above.
